Welcome to Wholesale Pallet Depot. We’re glad you’re here whether you’re sourcing your first pallet or you’ve been reselling with us for years, these Terms and Conditions explain how our website and services work, so you can shop with confidence and clarity.

By browsing WholesalePalletDepot.shop or purchasing from us, you’re agreeing to the Terms below. We’ve tried to write them in plain, straightforward language wherever possible but a few sections still require formal legal wording to protect both you and us. If anything is unclear, our team is always happy to answer questions before you place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this site, or by purchasing goods from us, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, we’d ask that you not use our site or services and we’re happy to answer any questions first if something doesn’t sit right.

2. Who We Work With

Wholesale Pallet Depot is built for resale businesses from individual entrepreneurs just getting started to established retailers sourcing regular inventory. By creating an account or placing an order, you’re confirming that:

  • -You’re purchasing on behalf of a legally recognized business or as a sole proprietor with the intent to resell
  • -You’re at least 18 years of age
  • -You have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your business
  • -You’ll provide a valid reseller’s certificate, sales tax permit, or business license during account verification

 

Because our pallets are intended for resale rather than personal use, we’re unable to sell to individuals purchasing for personal, family, or household use. We reserve the right to decline service, cancel an order, or close an account at our discretion, particularly where this requirement isn’t met.

3. Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you notice anything unusual a login you don’t recognize, a security concern, anything please reach out to us right away so we can help.

4. Product Descriptions & Manifest Accuracy

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, and manifests accurate and up to date. That said, liquidation inventory including overstock, customer returns, and refurbished goods naturally varies by nature, so we want to be upfront about a few things:

  • -Manifests are provided as a helpful guide based on the best information available at the time of processing. Occasional variation in brand, model, color, size, or condition can occur, and manifests should be treated as a strong estimate rather than a guarantee.

  • -Product images are representative of typical inventory and may not show the exact items included in your specific pallet.
  • All merchandise is sold as-is, and we encourage every buyer to review the listing carefully condition notes, category, and any details provided before purchasing.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

  • -All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices may be updated periodically to reflect current inventory and market conditions.

  • -Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • -Shipping, freight, and any applicable accessorial charges (such as liftgate or residential delivery fees) are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

 

6. Shipping, Title & Delivery Inspection

We arrange freight transportation on your behalf and work with reputable carriers, though once your order leaves our dock, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. Ownership and risk of the goods transfer to you once your pallet is handed off to the freight carrier at our facility.

Please inspect your shipment at delivery. If there’s any visible damage, note it clearly on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing this step is essential for us to file a successful freight claim on your behalf. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of liquidation inventory, most sales are final. That said, we do offer support in specific situations outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy — we’d encourage you to review it before ordering so you know exactly what to expect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, and images belongs to Wholesale Pallet Depot or our suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproducing or redistributing this content without our written permission isn’t permitted.

9. Acceptable Use

We ask that you not use our site to violate any law, infringe on someone else’s rights, submit false information during checkout, or engage in fraudulent activity. This keeps things fair and safe for our whole reselling community.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don’t offer implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability for any claim related to these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our site or products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Wholesale Pallet Depot harmless from claims or expenses arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
