From choosing a pallet to selling it on
Pallets are large, heavy freight items, so buying one works a little differently from a normal online order. This is the whole process, in order.
Choose a pallet
Browse by category. Each listing has a description, a condition grade, real photos and an estimated retail value.
Check the manifest
A detailed manifest listing each item, its brand and condition is available for every pallet before you purchase.
Order and pay
Check out online. Freight is a flat $120 per order within the contiguous United States, shown before you pay. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
Receive your pallet
It ships by LTL freight to the curb or dock. Once the carrier picks it up, you get a tracking number by email.
Have these ready for delivery day
Someone to sign
Someone must be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
A way to move it
Delivery is to the curb or dock. You need a forklift, pallet jack or enough people to move the pallet.
Truck access
Narrow driveways, low clearances and restricted areas can cause problems for a large freight truck. Ask us before ordering if you need inside delivery, a liftgate or an appointment, as extra fees may apply.
When the pallet arrives
Look it over before the driver leaves. If anything is damaged, how you handle the delivery decides whether we can claim it from the carrier.
- Do not refuse the shipment, even if it is damaged.
- Inspect the pallet and write any damage on the Bill of Lading before you sign, for example “crushed corner” or “water damage”.
- Photograph the Bill of Lading and all visible damage.
- Email the annotated Bill of Lading and photos to info@wholesalepalletdepot.shop within 24 hours.

Check the grade, manifest, estimated retail value and category before you buy. All sales are final.
