1. Overview
At Wholesale Pallet Depot, we are committed to delivering your liquidation pallets safely, efficiently, and at a fair shipping cost. Because our products are large, heavy freight items not standard parcel packages. Our shipping process differs from typical retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you purchase to the moment your pallet arrives at your door.
2. Where We Ship
Wholesale Pallet Depot ships to all 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. 3. Shipping Method
All orders from Wholesale Pallet Depot are shipped via freight carriers also known as LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. This is the standard shipping method for large, heavy pallet shipments. Freight shipping is different from standard parcel delivery in the following ways:
- Your order will be delivered by a freight truck, not a standard delivery van
- Delivery is made to the curb or dock the driver is not required to bring the pallet inside your property
- You will need a forklift, pallet jack, or assistance to move the pallet from the delivery point
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment
If you require inside delivery, liftgate service, or delivery appointment scheduling, please contact us before ordering as additional fees may apply.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for freight delivery vary based on the following factors:
- Your delivery location and distance from our fulfillment center
- The size and weight of the pallet ordered
- Any additional services requested such as liftgate or inside delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at checkout or communicated to you directly by our team after your order is placed. 5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order is processed and handed off to the freight carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the freight carrier handling your shipment.
6. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and freight carrier scheduling. The following estimates apply after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to freight carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your pallet has been picked up by the freight carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at (719) 321-6761 or info@wholesalepalletdepot.shop and we will look into it immediately.
8. Delivery Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery of your pallet, please make sure the following conditions are met before your shipment arrives:
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment
- The delivery area must be accessible to a large freight truck — narrow driveways, low clearances, or restricted access areas may cause delivery issues
- You must have a way to move the pallet from the delivery point — a forklift, pallet jack, or sufficient manpower
- Inspect the pallet before signing — check for visible damage and note any issues on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves
If the freight carrier is unable to complete delivery due to an inaccessible location or no one being present to receive the shipment, redelivery fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your pallet arrives with visible damage caused by the freight carrier, follow these steps immediately:
- Do not refuse the shipment — refusing a damaged delivery complicates the claims process
- Note the damage clearly and specifically on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing — for example “box crushed,” “pallet wrap torn,” or “water damage visible”
- Take photos of all visible damage before moving the pallet
- Email the annotated BOL and all photos to info@wholesalepalletdepot.shop within 24 hours of delivery
We will file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf once we receive your documentation. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on how freight damage claims are handled and resolved.
10. International Shipping
Wholesale Pallet Depot does not currently offer standard international shipping through our website checkout. However, we do work with international buyers on a case by case basis. If you are an international buyer and would like to arrange shipping through your own freight forwarder, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the available options.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees required by their country of destination. Wholesale Pallet Depot is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred at customs.
