Our pallets are overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns from major retailers. Each one is graded before it goes live, so you can pick the risk level that suits your business.

Grade A

Like-new or new merchandise. The lowest-risk pallets in the shop.

Grade B

Tested, functional items with some cosmetic wear.

Grade C

Untested, as-is merchandise, sold for parts or repair value.

What is the condition of the merchandise?

It varies! We clearly grade each pallet and item on a manifest. Conditions include: New, Open Box (like new), Customer Returns (may have minor defects), and For Parts/Not Working.

What is the difference between manifested and unmanifested liquidation pallets?

A manifested pallet comes with an item list showing the products, brands and condition, so you know what you are buying. Unmanifested pallets don’t, which makes them a bigger gamble. A detailed manifest is available for every Wholesale Pallet Depot pallet.

Can I see a manifest before I buy?

Absolutely! We believe in transparency. A detailed manifest listing each item, its brand, and condition is available for every pallet before you purchase.

How much do liquidation pallets cost?

Prices depend on category, grade and estimated retail value. Pallets on our site currently start at $299. Every listing shows the price, grade and estimated retail value so you can work out your margin before you buy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat $120 nationwide via LTL freight, no matter your location. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of liquidation goods, all sales are final. We mitigate your risk by providing accurate manifests and photos. We encourage all new customers to start with a single pallet to test the process.

How are the pallets shipped?

Pallets are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers like FedEx Freight, YRC, or Estes. They will be delivered on a semi-truck with a lift gate to ground level. You are responsible for moving it from the curb to your location.

Which liquidation pallets are best for beginners?

Start with a single Grade A or Grade B pallet in a category you already know how to sell. Read the manifest and use the profit calculator to check your margin before you buy.
