Three grades, so you know the risk
Wholesale Pallet Depot sells liquidation pallets: bulk lots of overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns from major retail chains. Condition varies by grade, and every pallet is graded before it goes live in our shop.
Grade A
Contains like-new or new merchandise.
Grade B
Contains tested, functional items with cosmetic wear.
Grade C
Contains untested, as-is merchandise, sold for parts or repair value.
Item conditions on the manifest
Each item on a manifest is labeled with one of these conditions.
New
Brand new merchandise.
Open Box
Like new.
Customer Returns
May have minor defects.
For Parts / Not Working
Sold for parts or repair value.
What to expect in every pallet
- Items are not new retail goods unless a pallet is listed as Grade A overstock.
- You may receive a different color, size or model of an equivalent item. This is normal in liquidation and is not a discrepancy.
- Manufacturer warranties are not included unless the product listing says so.
- A detailed manifest, with each item’s brand and condition, is available before you buy.
