1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Wholesale Pallet Depot. We pride ourselves on transparency and ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of our policies before making a purchase. Due to the unique nature of our business—dealing in liquidated, surplus, and customer-returned merchandise—all sales are considered final.

By placing an order with Wholesale Pallet Depot, you (the “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Returns, All Final Sales Policy.

2. The Nature of Liquidation Goods
It is crucial to understand what you are purchasing. Our products are not new retail goods. They are sourced from major retailers’ overstock, shelf-pulls, and customer return streams. As such:

  • Condition Varies: Items may be new, open-box, used, defective, or for parts/not working. Each pallet or lot is clearly graded (A, B, C, etc.) and should be chosen according to your business needs and risk tolerance.

  • Manifest Accuracy is Key: We invest significant resources in providing accurate manifests (itemized lists of contents). Your decision to purchase should be based primarily on the detailed manifest and grade provided for each pallet, not on expectations of perfection.

  • No Manufacturer Warranties: Liquidated goods are typically sold without original manufacturer warranties. Any warranties are implied and limited under state law.

3. All Sales Are Final – No Returns, No Refunds
WHOLESALE PALLET DEPOT DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY PURCHASES, except under the specific conditions outlined in Section 4 (Limited Exceptions).

This policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dislike of the items received.

  • Items not matching personal expectations.

  • Minor discrepancies in the manifest (e.g., receiving a different color or model of a similar item with equivalent value).

  • Buyer’s remorse or error in ordering.

  • Failure to research the nature of liquidation merchandise.

4. Limited Exceptions: Manifest Discrepancy Claims
We stand behind the accuracy of our manifests. If you believe there is a significant and material discrepancy between the manifest and the items you received, we have a structured process for claims.

Definition of a Valid Claim: A valid claim is one where the value of the received pallet is materially less (we define this as 25% or more below the stated manifest value) due to missing high-value items or a gross misrepresentation of content—not due to condition.

Claim Process:

  1. Notification Deadline: You must notify us of any discrepancy claim via email at nfo@wholesalepalletdepot.shop within 48 hours of receiving and unpacking your shipment. Claims reported after this window will not be considered.

  2. Required Evidence: You must provide clear, photographic, and video evidence to support your claim. This must include:

    • Photos of the entire received pallet before it was unwrapped.

    • Photos of the unpacking process.

    • A video walking through the entire unpacking process and laying out all items received next to the printed manifest we provided.

    • Photos of the items that are the subject of the discrepancy.

  3. Our Investigation: Our claims team will review your evidence and compare it against our own records and pre-shipment documentation. We reserve the right to request additional information.

  4. Resolution Options (Our Sole Discretion): If your claim is validated, Wholesale Pallet Depot will, at its sole discretion, choose one of the following resolutions:

    • Issue a partial store credit for the verified value of the discrepancy.

    • Offer a discount on a future purchase.

    • In rare cases, arrange for a replacement pallet if available.

Monetary refunds are not issued for discrepancy claims.

5. Shipping Damage Claims
If your pallet arrives with visible physical damage to the packaging or goods caused by the freight carrier, you must take action at the time of delivery.

  1. At Delivery: DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. You must inspect the pallet in the driver’s presence.

  2. Note Damage on BOL: If there is visible damage, you must note the specific damage (e.g., “crushed corner,” “water damage,” “package torn open”) on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before you sign for it. Take a photo of the BOL with your notes.

  3. Notify Us Immediately: Email a copy of the annotated BOL and photos of the damage to nfo@wholesalepalletdepot.shop within 24 hours of delivery.

  4. We Handle the Freight Claim: We will file a claim with the freight carrier on your behalf. Once the carrier approves the claim, we will issue you a store credit or replacement for the damaged goods.

Failure to note damage on the BOL at the time of delivery will invalidate any damage claim.

6. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible if requested via email within 2 hours of placing the order and if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the All Sales Final policy.

7. How to Minimize Your Risk
We are partners in your business success. To ensure you have a positive experience, we recommend:

  • Start Small: Place a trial order with a single pallet to evaluate our service and merchandise quality before placing larger orders.

  • Read the Manifest Carefully: Scrutinize the item list, brands, and conditions before you buy.

  • Understand the Grading System: Know the difference between a Grade A (new) pallet and a Grade C (customer returns) pallet.

  • Ask Questions: Our sales team is here to help. If you are unsure about a pallet, contact us before purchasing.
