It varies! We clearly grade each pallet and item on a manifest. Conditions include: New, Open Box (like new), Customer Returns (may have minor defects), and For Parts/Not Working.

Shipping is calculated based on your location, the pallet’s size and weight, and the carrier (usually LTL freight). You will get a precise shipping quote at checkout before you pay.
Due to the nature of liquidation goods, all sales are final. We mitigate your risk by providing accurate manifests and photos. We encourage all new customers to start with a single pallet to test the process.
Pallets are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers like FedEx Freight, YRC, or Estes. They will be delivered on a semi-truck with a lift gate to ground level. You are responsible for moving it from the curb to your location.
